Ahoy! Meet our crew, Gage & Marianne, a couple with love for each other and all things tropical. Marianne (1st mate) is Gage’s true north and has over a decade of experience in event planning as a recreational therapist. Gage has worked behind many ‘o plank over the years, most recently Morgan's Cove (Tampa, FL) and formerly lead bartender of Tiki Tatsu-ya (Austin, TX). His passions in the F&B industry have culminated in this new voyage where he brings his talents to your own port of call. He is knowledgeable in the classics, flavor profiles, technique, has a love for the lore & history of cocktails ..and of course RUM!
